10/10 would recommend! Computer Hospital is talent at its finest. Dante and Lou did an outstanding job at fixing my 2018 Macbook Pro monitor after unexpectedly finding a crack in it. The Apple Store’s price was significantly higher so I was willing to search for different computer repair shops and I’m so glad I came across this store
Pricing was unbeatable compared to other stores, not to mention their service was extremely quick and easy. My phone had a weird sound from the speaker. I went to Verizon, but they were not very helpful. Computer hospital sent out the Android Expert, Alex, he took my phone for 10 minutes and the phone was returned fixed! Nice people, nice atmosphere, friendly and professional. Thanks!
Computer Hospital is fantastic. I dropped off our iPad because I shut it down and after repeated attempts, it wouldn’t power up again. Not sure why that happened because I never had that problem before. The fine folks at Computer Hospital looked at it and determined nothing was wrong with it - I just wasn’t pushing the button long enough. So that was my fault but the incredible thing is they didn’t charge me anything. To me that was amazing and certainly unexpected since one would assume their time is worth something. I would absolutely recommend Computer Hospital for their knowledge and excellent customer service.
