5 stars all for Tim in the optical department for being so patient and kind in dealing with the issues with our frustrating insurance company. Though our issues were not resolved due to the insurance company, his efforts certainly did not go unnoticed. Tim deserves any and all the raises in the world!
I had such a great experience with Niove Fountain at the Costco Optical department! She was incredibly helpful & patient while I was trying to choose the right eyeglass frames. I really appreciate how she listened to what I was looking for and offered honest, expert advice. With her guidance, I found a pair that fits my face perfectly and looks great. Niove made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for her if you need help finding the right frames!
if you ask me define COSTCO EAST HANNOVER OPTICIAN in One word - "FANTABULOUS"
Don't hesitate to visit this store for your eye glasses needs. Polite, humble, knowledgeable and amazing service.
I got my glasses done at Costco Union & had problems seeing my computer screen at arms length away. I went back to Union Costco, the 2 guys there adjust the eyepiece & side but insist there is nothing wrong & for me to go back to my eye doctor which I did. My eye doctor re did the exam & came up with the conclusion , the problem is how the glasses were made.. I decided to bring the glasses back to Costco East Hanover, where I work in the vicinity. The man, Bill Picillo ,took my glasses & immediately said in his many years, he had never seen something so off. & days later I got my glasses back with better vision. I can now read my screen & text on my iphone without removing my glasses.
Beware of Costco Optical in Union if glasses does not come out right.
