My wife and I have been customers for many years for purchases and service. Tiguans, a Touareg (service) and a Passat. Always a positive experience. Recently, Dan helped with the purchase of new Atlas. Super knowledgeable of his product (a VW Jedi) and easy going. He provided a thorough tutorial of the vehicle and has been accessible helping with questions since driving off the lot too. Also a shout out to Joe in Finance - no pressure closing things out. Some of the cast has changed over the years but still the same high level of service at Crestmont VW.
We bought our Tiguan at another area VW dealership. Two days after the purchase, we had an issue that the dealership said wasn't under warranty and wouldn't good will the job. They weren't willing to work with us, so after a referral from our local mechanic, we called the Crestmont VW service manager. Not only did they good will the job, but they provided excellent communication thru the process. We never felt like we were in the dark as we got constant updates from them. They fixed our car and have now gained new customers.
Crestmont Volkswagen service is phenomenal! Our family has taken our multiple vehicles to them for service for well over a decade. The service manager is great - easy to communicate with, honest about what services are needed, and friendly. The service staff works with you to set up convenient appointments (and update them if needed!), remind you via email/text/vmail (or however you request a reminder), and deliver the whatever your car needs within the quoted timeframe. If you are waiting for your vehicle, the customer lounge is comfortable and quiet (or there is a diner next door), or they call you as soon as your vehicle is ready. The prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommend Crestmont from a very satisfied customer!
