My first time buying my own car and Wayne Mazda explained everything thoroughly and with patience. Tahseen was my salesman and he was incredibly helpful and great to work with. He walked me through everything and was very personable. Mike was the finance manager and he also was very helpful in the process. I’ve been to a couple dealers where all the staff were swindlers but this staff treated me with patience, compassion, and honesty. Love them and my car!

If you love Mazda like I do and looking for one, your destination is Wayne Mazda. I just brought home my new CX-5 Turbo. What a pleasant experience I had working with Jason and Tahseen. I suggested my offer, we discussed this and after few minutes we started processing the sale. The entire process took maybe half an hour, no pushing to buy additional crap like most dealers do, no hidden bites, just straightforward professional business.
There are few nice perks offered by Mazda now, so maybe you should take advantage of them.

Wayne Mazda has a very spacious layout, which I appreciate since I like having room to sit quietly and be a bit more isolated. They used to have a small kids’ section, and I do miss that. With all the TVs available, it would be great if at least one played something kid-friendly instead of only the news. It really helped keep little ones entertained during the wait.
There are two areas that could easily be used for that type of space again, especially the section toward the back. I’m not sure if the upstairs is open to customers — I went up once thinking there was another seating area, but it was just a glass room with no chairs at the time (this was when the building was still fairly new).
Overall, it’s a nice, open environment, but bringing back a dedicated kids’ spot or kid-friendly TV options would make the experience even better for families.
