Many open tables 25 to 30 minutes? Hostess not attentive like I was bothering her. Do they need more wait staff? Not worth the wait.
Everyone has a different experience and opinion, this one is mine.
Located next to a private marina.
This restaurant has been here (open seasonally) for many years, atmosphere and decor is old school. Multiple additions to facilities, including multiple outside and inside seating and drinking areas.
Nautical theme decor. Limited tasty menu, alcoholic beverages available with meal and at full bar.
Live entertainment, casual and fun atmosphere.
Lots of unpaved parking with handicapped spaces. Note, at time of this visit there was a rain storm and the unpaved parking lot was mission impossible not to get shoes soaked (see photos) and would be a nightmare for the handicapped. Building is handicapp friendly.
It is conveniently located just outside of Burlington City but be aware of traffic in and out.
Wait staff attentiveness and dress code IMO could be improved upon, nuff said. Enjoyed our meal, portions and cost reasonable, especially with 9.1 inflation rate.

I recently visited Curtin’s Wharf in Burlington, NJ, and while the setting was beautiful, the food itself left me a little disappointed. The atmosphere is really the highlight here, the riverfront views and lively ambiance make it a great spot to sit back with friends or family, especially on a nice evening.
The service was excellent. Our server was attentive, friendly, and kept things moving as quickly as possible despite how busy it was. That said, we still ended up waiting about an hour for a table, though to be fair it was a Saturday night.
As for the food, it just didn’t live up to the location or the prices. Most of the dishes were overcooked and dry, and could have used more seasoning to bring out the flavors. The one standout was the fried clams, which were crispy and tasty, but beyond that, nothing really impressed. For the price point, I expected more quality and consistency.
Overall, I’d say Curtin’s Wharf is worth it if you’re going for the ambiance, drinks, and a fun night by the water, but if you’re looking for top-notch food, this probably won’t be the place that delivers.
Amazing atmosphere for food and drinks on the water! The music is a nice touch and our server Victoria was very attentive with a great personality. We will keep coming back!
Beautiful view of the Delaware River. Awesome drinks. Delicious food.
The Big Dom lives up to its name! Sweet spicy and delicious and you will be taking half of it home. Chicken parmesan is out of this world!
Absolutely loved this place and will be back many more times! Went there for lunch and it was busy, but we were created and seated immediately upon arrival. Service was very friendly and quick for how busy they were. The atmosphere is amazing and all the decor is soooo cute too! We started with the hummus platter and then had a burger and a Cesar salad. All 3 items were fresh and delish, plus HUGE portions!!! Can’t wait to be back!
