Dr. Cutler is awesome. The front desk associate lady who answers the phone has no compassion however. I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth after requesting Dr. Cutler be my point of contact for a surgery I will be having. I truly hope that "woman", (I don't know her name because she didn't answer the phone with hello this is blah blah), reads this. Show a little empathy towards people who are ill and are nervous about upcoming surgery.
