The office is terrible. Trying to get an appointment is impossible, you get transferred to their scheduling service who says they have nothing available and recommends you call the front desk, I tried that and ended up with the scheduling service again. It’s just silly how disorganized this is and as a patient is incredibly frustrating.
Dr. Jass as a doctor is amazing. He’s the only reason this is 3 stars instead of 1 star.
This man saved my life. No hyperbole here. Years ago he took a real, thorough medical history. I went in for a simple physical and he correctly diagnosed me. He sent me for a sleep study that showed that I could have passed any night. If I could, I'd give him a lifetime achievement award. This is the real deal.
Dr. Jass aims to provide the best holistic care as humanly possible. He not only listens well but takes his time with each patient. He is so knowledgeable about the human anatomy. He's a brilliant doctor.
I use to go to Dr Jass years ago. I have had some health issues that I know he most definitely help me with. I called to make an appointment and his receptionist was the driest individual that I have come across in a very long time. I work in a drs office and if I didn’t have any compassion in my voice they would tell me to go home until I did. Dr Jass I know is a wonderful dr but the front desk need some work.
