Dr. Patel did an amazing job of putting my nerves at ease after another orthopedic surgeon gave my grandson only a surgical option to recover from a knee injury. Dr. Patel not only put my nerves at ease he provided a logical and much better course of action to make sure my grandson had the best recovery outcome.
I see Dr Patel for my knees. He is highly professional and I definitely will trust him, Matt and the rest of the wonderful, kind and understanding staff with both knee replacements when the time comes. Thanks Doc and Matt.
Well, I had a little issue with the billing department about so co pays and other insurance stuff. Long story short, I received a phone call from Dr. Patel, he assured me of what was happening and what would have to be done to fix the billing issue I was having. Never have been called before by a DR except it was a medical emergency. Dr. Patel is a stand up guy and great knowledge and wonderful bedside manner. I appreciate it DR!
