This is my second stay at Dellridge it was a little tough at the beginning, but after putting things in place everything started rolling. Upon my arrival it was all hugs and kisses between staff members and myself. They are all warm friendly and professional. Once I learn I needed rehab for a hip replacement I requested Dellridge. I highly recommend this facility it truly feels like a family. I hope I don't have to return, but my first choice will always be DELLRIDGE!

I really dont make too many posts but I felt it was necessary to express the exceptional care I received for about two weeks at Dellridge between surgeries when I broke my leg. Mostly.everyone at Dellridge were excellent and very friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The head nurse Rachel was always available when I had a problem that her staff could not resolve. And I had two exceptional people RN Aldo and my best aid, Keisha, who really made me feel at home. Besides the physical element of my injuries, the mental side was equally as difficult. I know it would have been much worse if I did not have Aldo's and Keisha's heartfelt care. I wish Dellridge was closer to home and I most definitely would have gone back for the continuing care I still need.

Hi. I am 41yrs old here about a week now for Rehab.
Place when u 1st walk in is beautiful because it is newly renovated.
But it is horribly understaffed especiallyon on weekends. Aids come from a staffing agency. Thye are confused on what to do. But the M-F Aids are amazing sweet, helpful and make u feel like a person.
Nurses here like Oliver and Rhonda hands down the best. They are top of meds they make sure ur up & out of bed that ur eating & find time to talk to u. Therapist here all are great and the new gym is beautiful. Food is terrible it seemed everyday my family and i played what mystery food we will get today. So my rating is a 3 🌟 because even tho this place is newly removated and beautiful it does need some improvement. I have put in 3 complaints/suggestions in hopes it will get better. I do have more to post but i still have another week or so here waiting to see if my complaints/suggestions are taken serious before I make my final verdict on this place.

Usually when you see such a long review you are anticipating a horrible experience. This is not the case here. I had a truly great experience at Dellridge Rehab in Paramus. After a very difficult and disappointing stay at another facility, my wife was fortunate to be connected with Danielle and Verde from admissions, who helped get me into the new rehab wing. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the difference.

The night shift staff immediately put my wife and me at ease. After everything we had been through, we were guarded and emotionally drained. Then came Jenna, one of the evening aides, and it was like a weight was lifted. She was incredibly kind, attentive and compassionate. Exactly the presence we needed. The way she cared for me with such intention and empathy reminded me what true caregiving looks like. If someone I love ever needed care, Jenna would be the person I’d want by their side.

What really stood out to me was the hands-on involvement of the director, Rachel. She stayed late during my admission to personally oversee the process and make sure I was settled and comfortable. I initially thought I was getting special treatment until I saw her give the same attention and kindness to every patient she interacted with. Her leadership truly sets the tone for this facility.

I also want to highlight Chris, the administrator, who left a strong impression on me right away. Even before we met, he was calling me by name and staying on top of every detail of my care. Even if there was a small hiccup it was handled promptly. He’s incredibly efficient, approachable, and hands-on. It’s rare to see someone in his position so involved and it made me feel truly seen and valued.

The nurses both day and night were excellent. Erica I had the pleasure of being cared for most often by Camille, who brought great energy, professionalism, and a genuinely kind attitude to every interaction. She felt like a supportive aunt warm, wise, and always ready to make sure I was comfortable and cared for.

When I first arrived at Dellridge, I couldn’t even sit up. The idea of walking felt like a distant dream. Now, thanks to the incredible therapy team, I’m doing things I never thought I’d be able to again. The rehab gym itself is beautiful spacious, modern, and more like something you’d see in a luxury building than a medical facility. The blend of PT and OT staff brought different strengths and styles that really complemented my recovery journey.

My social worker, Leilani, was also a tremendous support during my stay. She was easy to talk to, quick to follow up on anything I needed, and made sure I always knew my options and next steps. Her care and professionalism gave me peace of mind, and I always felt like I had someone in my corner.

I especially want to thank Cher, Isabelle, Cory, Mel, and Ada. Cher was my main therapist, and her steady, patient, and knowledgeable approach was exactly what I needed. She knew how to challenge me just enough without pushing too far and thanks to her and the rest of the team, I’m now walking with confidence and strength.

Dellridge isn’t just a rehab center it’s a place of healing, compassion, and exceptional care. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who helped me along the way, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dellridge to anyone looking for top-tier rehabilitation with heart

My 85 year old mom has been in many rehab facilities over the past 15 years and never has she received the level of care that she did here. The staff was not only very efficient but they were kind and compassionate. That's often lacking in many facilities. They went above and beyond to make her extended stay there as pleasant as possible and made sure she was in the best possible condition before releasing her. Our family couldn't be happier with them or more grateful for them
