Great firsr piercing experience for a child here. My 8-year-old daughter had her ear lobes pierced by Mia. The studio was exceptionally clean, bright, and welcoming. The front end staff took a lot of time to explore jewelry options and was transparent in pricing details for all steps of the experience. Mia was exceptional with my daughter. She explained each step of the process in advance, and then identified each step as she was performing it. She asked for my daughter's consent for each step. Mia was so friendly, and easily communicated with both me and my daughter. This was such a comfortable and positive experience for my daughter. I highly recommend Mia and Diamond Heart for youth ear piercing.

I got pierced by Amanda and was one of the sweetest people ever. She handled the entire process efficiently and efficiently. I had an extreme case of nausea after the piercing and she helped immediately, getting me water and making sure I was okay!

I got my first tattoo done at Diamond Heart this weekend, and had a great experience! My sister and I wanted "matching" tattoos but also have different styles. Kori was our artist and she put together a design that she then tweaked for each of our preferences, and we both got exactly what we wanted. She was friendly, professional, and made us both feel super comfortable (this was my first tattoo, so I especially appreciated this). She also took the time to make sure we were happy with the design, placement and process before starting without making us feel rushed. The studio space was clean and comfortable as well.
