The food and atmosphere were good, but the service was unacceptable. Unfortunately, this place has clearly declined over the years. Our server was rude, disengaged, and treated us like an inconvenience—barely speaking, telling us to read the menu for the specials, taking our order, and disappearing for most of the meal. We were only asked about drink refills near the end. When the check was dropped, there wasn’t even a pen to sign or leave a tip.
Management needs to address this ongoing decline. Poor training and lack of oversight are hurting what used to be a much better dining experience.
The place was very welcoming and the staff were very friendly. Food was great 😊 👍🏼
Not entirely thrilled me and my wife were literally the ONLY people in here. They seemed annoyed we had a baby with us. For us being the only people in there the service was completely terrible. We got our food which was pretty bland for a $35 plate and my wife’s chicken had a lot of cartilage. Waiter never came to table to check on us or give refills. I get it if you are slammed but we were the ONLY people in the restaurant for the entire time we were there. It’s a shame I’ve heard great things about this place for years and finally went out to try it. In my opinion my chicken was cooked well and so was wife’s aside from some chewy pieces but I don’t think the prices matched up to the quality, at least in our first experience there. Unfortunately, don’t think we’ll be back can think of plenty of way better places to spend $100 on dinner for two.

Food is nothing short of superb! Shrimp parm, sweet sausage stuffed mushrooms, chicken Marsala, and chocolate hazelnut Gelato. Everything was outstanding! Our server was very pleasant and helpful. Cannot wait to return!!
From the moment we walked in, Diamonds Restaurant delivered an outstanding experience! The menu is full of delicious Italian classics and unique dishes that are clearly made with care. Every bite was flavorful and fresh, and the service was top-notch, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It’s rare to find a true gem like this in the area. Definitely worth the visit and already looking forward to coming back!
