DME ROCKS!!
Lalit and the DME team surpassed my expectations. Their customer service and responsiveness were outstanding from the moment I placed my order through the completion of the remote tune. My Bentley GT has been unleashed! It's a beast with over 700HP and pulls like a freight train. I’m thrilled with the new tune and believe it’s a must-have for all v8 twin turbo Bentley owners!!
Absolutely beautiful shop, great customer service and they got my car done in 15 minutes when other shops quoted me a lot more and over an hour of wait time. Strongly recommend getting your car tuned/unlocked here.
Headline: Lalit and DME Tuning have FANTASTIC customer service, near-immediate response times, and a genuine interest in their customers. Not to mention the GT is super-quick(er) and sounds wicked with this Tune.
In short, I had an incident with my GT at Park Place Motors; they ran a software update that removed the Stage 2 Tune. (Accidents happen and PP has been great.) Unfortunately I didn’t have the name of the original owner to provide DME to track down the car’s history but that didn’t stop Lalit from helping me anyway.
After landing on a fair price and my payment, he immediately shipped the cable 2-day FedEx. DIY instructions were easy to follow, remote access was a breeze, and in about 10 minutes the tune was rebooted. Lalit even skipped his lunch break to help me when it was convenient for me/on my schedule.
He could’ve easily written off my problem or been less responsive but this company wasn’t. Look, these are expensive cars and sometimes you want not only an A+++ product but A+++ service. This shop is both. Thank you Lalit and DME!
Best tuner out there. Very attentive and amazing service. Also very reliable and have a beautiful facility. I’ve gotten 4 cars done with Lalit and have been beyond happy every single time
I dropped off my 2021 M5 last week and I already picked it up. Did a stage 2 tune on it and couldn’t be happier. It changed the whole car, service was amazing. Fast and high quality work. Would recommend them !
