He is very patient and doesnt rush you. I really like him. He listens to you.
He has been my family doctor for years. I don't like too many doctors so it says a lot that I would recommend him! He's always treated me respectfully&kindly. I extremely appreciate how his offices are very accomodating, being that they let me&my fiance come in together&both be seen at same time. Only thing that is a negative in all honesty is the Assistant at the desk who calls in the Pre-Certs&Pre-Authorizations, etc., could be ontop of those, and doing follow-ups to any tests done because that is 1 area that in the past has often bern neglected either completely unless called to remind several times, or it can take her many weeks to finally get it done&get back to you for some reason.. Also I often have been sent for tests or bloodwork, etc., before but never heard back about results&that I would like a phone call either way! However again on the positive side- I do love that there are 2 offices to choose from&scheduling is usually very quick to get in&I usually do not have to wait days to get in to be seen. Dr. Gonzales is a soft spoken, nice man&always listens to me, &addresses ALL my many concerns any time I have questions or worries (which are often a lot!) The office may need updating but I definitely do not think the previous reviews of 1 Stars are justified. Seems a bit exaggerated&extreme! Give him a shot&decide for yourself I guess :)
