Dr. Decker is one of the most thoughtful and attentive physicians I’ve ever worked with. He’s the kind of doctor who slows down, really listens, and becomes a true partner in your healing journey. Working with him has shown me how powerful it is to be fully present with our patients and I am continuously astounded by his exceptional care + treatment of patients.

An extremely competent doctor who operated on two trigger fingers on different hands in the same surgery visit. I'm writing this review the day after surgery and have no pain and complete relief. He spent a good amount of time prior to surgery trying to fix my hands with steroid shots (2 rounds) and after they wore off he agreed that surgery was the answer. You'll not find better knowledge and articulation of the process in the region. His staff was incredible as well. Can't say enough good about Dr. Decker.

Wonderful experience. Staff was professional and pleasant. Wait time was very reasonable. Dr. Decker was so attentive, caring and practical. He took his time and listened carefully. He asked me several times if I had any questions which is so rare these days. His confidence and experience was reassuring.

My patient experience with Dr. Decker was excellent. He was extremely respectful and cordial from the start, and I appreciate this very much. He took the time to explain what the MRI results showed, and asked me many questions regarding how the injury occurred, what symptoms existed and when, how did I feel the healing process was going, etc. Then he took a bit of time to explain his diagnosis, what muscles were affected, what the healing process would involve and gave me a written plan for recuperating. I would easily recommend Dr. Decker to any family member and friend.
