Dr. Max Willinger

I had a total knee replacement done by Dr Willinger. I had a good experience as I followed his directions before and after surgery. After 2 weeks I’m walking with little use of the cane ; more as just in case. I was at 95% angle right after surgery and at the 2 week follow up I was at 125% angle. Thank you Dr Willinger and your team for giving me my pain free walking back again. See you again to do my other knee.

Dr. Willinger has been a saving grace for me. He went over and above to explain my issues and the best treatment to reduce my pain. Dr. Willinger did a revisional,total knee replacement and he was very clear about the procedure and recovery. He was extremely attentive before, during and after my surgery. He kept my husband informed all the way. After my last surgery was done by a different surgeon I was skeptical of having it done at all. Thanks to Dr Willinger and his team The surgery is a major success. I left the hospital with less pain then when I arrived.

Total Right Hip Replacement

I recently had a total right hip replacement with Dr. Willinger using the anterior approach which help me to recover quickly. It’s been 3 weeks now since I did my surgery and I’m writing this to state how I feel. I was able to drive after two weeks of my surgery.

From start to finish, he made me feel confident and cared for. He explained everything clearly and reassured me from the beginning. I was able to walk the first day after surgery and even climbed 24 steps on the same day into my apartment with a cane. I am 35 years old and in good shape. And his approach has help me to recover quickly. Highly recommend Dr. Max Willinger.

I've had 4 previous knee replacements for various reasons. When my knee gave me a problem recently I was told to try Dr. Willinger. He reviewed my previous medical records and took x-rays, he explained that yet another implant failed and had actually fractured a bone in my leg. He said he could fix it. After a lengthy surgery and a couple days of hospital care I'm happy to say, 4 weeks later I'm recovering and walking with a walker. Our goal is to walk freely. I'm very confident he and his wonderful staff will see me through to success. He has been extremely gifted in his profession and is quite confident in his actions and words. Yes, my other knee will also need replacement eventually, he will be my first choice!
