Their service is good, staffs are nice, but, their billing company doesn't do their work. We gave all our insurance information at the time of service. We received a bill 3 months later to pay for the service. We had the same service before, there was no problem at all. The service was in network, should be covered by insurance. Now, we have been calling the billing company every 3~4weeks to give them the same information and to explain everything again. We asked billing company if they have claim number to check with insurnce company, they even don't have claim number. We called insurnce company if they received claim, insurance company never received claim from them. It's billing company's job to call to insurnce company to check what the problem is, not just sending patient to pay bill when they have applicable insurnce. Never going back to this place.

Wonderful and friendly service! My appointment was on time and the technician John took very good care of me. I felt safe and confident in his skills as well as his ability to keep me comfortable. He walked me through every step! Exactly the way a first class facility should take care of their patients! I will recommend this facility to everyone I know that needs and MRI. An overall great experience. Office is run so efficiently. Was able to get an appointment right away. Office staff was friendly and accommodating. Medical staff were professional and addressed all my questions and concerns. Phone calls and emails regarding questions were answered quickly. Very convenient as most additional tests/ imaging can be done on site. Highly recommend using this practice.

I have been to this facility several times for my MRI’s. I have always returned here because of the professional and thorough care that I receive. All the people I dealt with were kind, courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. The technician was compassionate and very concerned with my comfort during the procedure. My procedure was done in the late afternoon and my physician received the report the very next morning. This office is by far the most pleasant well-run office I have ever been in.
