I've been going there for years like the Dr.s and Practitioners front desk could be a little better but get quick response appointments as soon as I need them and they make sure I get my physicals my overall experience has been good
Good doctor over 20 years everything from eye tests to stricter. Speaks good English. Great staff hospital visits to rehab centers. Old kind of Doctor I remember as a kid.
The incompetence of many front desk staff and medical assistants is beyond comprehension. No matter how exceptional a physician may be, if the supporting team is careless and inefficient, the entire experience collapses.
This is one of the reasons why our healthcare system continues to fail: too often, no one truly seems to care. Samples are misplaced, calls go unanswered, and basic follow-through is neglected.
It’s heartbreaking, because a caring doctor alone is not enough. Patients deserve a team that is competent, organized, and committed to delivering the best possible care.
Those responsible for hiring and training staff must take their role seriously. Without accountability and standards of professionalism at every level, quality healthcare cannot be achieved.
I usually see Melanie, but I went in as a walk-in to see Dr. Doshi and he was great! Super attentive and put me at ease. Even as a walk-in, the wait time wasn’t that bad.
Dr. Doshi is great but the nurse practitioner that covered him in July of 2025 was horrible. The office staff are beyond horrible as well. I was given a diagnosis if ms years ago. I am a holistic person so l didn't want to go the medication route. The only meds l take occasionally as needed is modafinil. The office staff were terrible all of them just deers in headlights. Its one that hung up on me when l was just trying to get my prescription. So l went in of course she didnt show who she was. Then another with black hair and black glasses gave a arrogant look as l spoke to the front desk to find out why couldn't they just get up and go to the nurse to resolve this.
I made it clear. Im not problem here you guys are they literally all 5 were unprofessional snd weird. To make it worse the office called and said the nurse said l need to go to a psychiatrist to get that medication....😆🤔.
They were trying to be snarky of course but in a passive way. All imma say is as a data scientist l support AI Takinh over some of these jobs. They were literally a waste of office space.
Great Doctors like Dr. Doshi should really focus more attention on his staff from the nurse practitioner on down to the front desk.
They make him look bad, despite him being an AWESOME DR.
Smart people leave offices like this no matter how great the Dr.
I missed a full rotation with my new company for something silly as a incompetent childish office staff.
What should of taken 10 mins turnt into 2 hours
