Dr. Refaie has been taking the best care of my dad!! He is the most caring, empathetic doctor that I have ever had the privilege to come across and he is great communicator and listener. He was truly born to be a doctor!!! His compassion and dedication to his patients is above and beyond the scope of his practice.
