Brian, who works with the company is always so fun and pleasant to deal with when he comes into provident bank in Lafayette Township to make the deposits for the company. He always makes us girls laugh. Keep smiling Brian !!
I dont leave alot of reviews but lisa is the best she went above and beyond to make sure i was accommodated to the fullest! She was helpful before and after getting my unit! Ask for her before you come! She is a straight shooter and will be honest and take care of you!
I have been a customer with this facility when it was owned by another company since 2000/2001. I always received courteous treatment, the units were always clean and the owner interested in his customers. Very, very few rent increases especially for long term tenants. The current owners have been fortunate to have managers who also care about the property and tenants wellbeing and work with us to ensure that our property is safe and secure, and they go the extra mile in our behalf! I have been there six (6) years and have been fortunate to meet Nanette, Brian and Lisa — ALL of them care about the company, the job they are performing and how the clients feel about policies and how they can help resolve issues when they arise.
