Bridge Marina

Decided to sell our 2021 Manitou pontoon boat. Spoke with two Marinas, one on the lake and one at the shore. Neither was following through to get the listing and then l found Roni and Jane at Bridge Marina. What a team!! Roni walked me through the Bridge process and was very informative of the market conditions. Told me due to low inventory Bridge had clients that would be interested in our boat and Jane has a particular client that they will reach out to as soon as l can get the contract to them. That was Tuesday. Thursday l drove the boat to the Bridge gas dock where Roni was waiting to receive us. We went over the boat and she helped me unload our gear and had one of the dockhands cart me to the car and load up. Saturday Jane's client came in the rain to preview the boat and Sunday we had a deal. Bought and sold a few boats through the years but what separated Jane and Roni from previous deals is the community of clients they have relationships with that trust them explicitly. It's obvious that Bridge Marina works hard to satisfy their clients, of which l am now one, and granted what Jane and Roni accomplished was unique in my deal. Timing is everything and they seized this window of opportunity. They satisfied a buyer and seller in six days with their knowledge of our needs and the ease that is how Roni, Jane and Bridge Marina evidently operate daily. What a great find!!

We're a family of 4 with 2 young boys. We're new members in the boating club, and so far, we're all really loving it! We did the 10 reservations option. We've rented in the past from them also and had great experiences. This spring, we started thinking about buying a boat, but decided the club was a better option for us, since we don't have to worry about the high costs that come with owning and boat and we don't live super close to the marina and a new expensive boat wasn't in our budget. Jane was very helpful and patient with me asking her many questions and guided me along the steps on how it works and how to join. The fleet of boats they offer to members are very nice and an upgrade from the ones you get when you're a daily renter. It's fun to try out all the different boats and find out which ones we like best and we like that we can take out both pontoons and bow riders. Get to cruise around in a fancy boat, but not pay the high cost to own it! We did our training at Highlands, so we are able to use the fleet of boats there, as well, which is nice and a different boating experience than the lake. Lake Hopatcong is a really fun and beautiful lake every time we go out we have a new and exciting day out on the boat. We also like that the club offers training for members. The staff there is always nice and they have a ton of dock hands on site to help out. So if you're on the fence about buying a boat, this is the way to go!

They have always been incredible to work with but my recent experience with Tom and Dennis has blown me away.

As a new boat owner I would be an easy target for unnecessary upgrades. I recently had some major work done by Bridge overhauling my steering system and adding a power Bimini top. They called me several times while working on the boat to let me know the project was coming in under budget. How often does a service provider do this?!?!? It was amazing, under promise and over deliver seems to be their motto as there’s $1000 in my pocket on budgeted expenses.

Special shout out to Tom assisting me on several pick ups and drop offs. He is a consummate professional and I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Tom for making my experience at Bridge the best it can be!!!!!!

We LOVE the boat club at Bridge Marina. The boats are new and always so clean. They make it so easy!!!! Jane is the sweetest… whatever you need just ask for her and she will be able to help. Also, Ray the owner is so knowledgeable on everything “boating”. 5 stars all the way!!!!

We completed the boating safety certificate and hands on module 1 with John Crisp. So worth it for a new boater with no experience. My wife and I are new to boating. John is very calm, funny, and patient. Most of all he is knowledgeable and safe. At no point did we feel nervous with his instructions even when practicing docking.
