Very happy with the service! After giving Nancy the specs for my replacement desk, she responded quickly with options. I needed the desk asap and they were able to deliver the same week! The furniture installers who assembled my desk and credenza took their time to ensure everything was perfect. And the quality and price were great too! Brand new furniture with pre-owned price tags! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend East Coast for any business furniture needs. We have been using John and team for years. We recently upgraded our dispatch department which was a four man station. The desks were bigger than what was needed and didn't make sense to the room. John was able to design a five desk station plus a massive private cubicle for the manager, utilizing the same space. We were able to onboard another dispatcher and operations have improved because of it.
I highly recommend this business. The owner John and his team were professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. East Coast product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time.
I ordered a Herman Miller Embody Office Chair through an official Herman Miller Retailer that uses this company to ship their chairs. My chair was delivered today and the driver decided to call me instead of ringing the door which isn't that big of deal considering how scary Covid-19 is at the moment. But the delivery driver literally dropped my package on purpose from the back of his semi-truck onto the parking lot pavement to save himself maybe an entire minute worth of time of pressing the buttons to manually bring the cargo bay on the back of truck down and then back up. It's about a 4-5ft drop from the back of the truck and that can easily damage my $1,600.00 product. I tried calling the direct company line to complain, but not a single person picked up around 11:30am. Very unprofessional, in what world do delivery drivers think it's ok to drop someones package just because they want to be lazy? I'm only giving them two stars as they did call me beforehand a couple days ago to confirm a date and delivery time to which they did meet, other then that I wouldn't recommend using their services.
