Environmentally Friendly Cleaners

Wonderful place for cleaning and alterations. Brought my uniform in to get some work done and they knocked it out of the park. Most places have messed up my ranks or other pieces but they went over placement with me to ensure everything would be perfect! They will be our go to cleaners from here on.

I have been going to EFC for years now, they are always accommodating and have my clothes in perfect condition!
I was in a pinch one time before an event the staff went above and beyond to help me out. I always appreciate their friendliness and care for their customers!

Hi .I am the owner of environmentally friendly dry cleaners don’t remember the story of this man coming in with the pants that need to be altered. Also we do not do alterations on premise so I have to deal with an outside vendor that does my Tailoring . I’m sorry that you’re unhappy with our service but I have been using the same Tailor for many years and she has done beautiful work for my customers. Unfortunately due to the pandemic we have to take longer because our outside vendor are not working every day due to what’s going on in the world right now. We can usually get the Tailoring back quicker if we weren’t going through COVID-19 right now. I’m not even sure of this customer because his name or her name is not in my computer system unless they used a different name. We strive as a local business to make our customers very happy and for 23 years I think we’ve been doing a very good job I’m sorry the customer was unhappy.

Was hoping I would get a good experience from the reviews here.
I need a simple alteration done and they told me it would take a week. No problem.

I came in on the date it showed on the receipt and they said it should be done in a few hours.

Came in a few hours and another lady tells me that the person wouldn’t arrive to do alternation until 4pm. But the store closes at 3pm!
I came to check at 4pm and of course- the doors are closed. I had to come in next Monday to check again.

Came in again on Monday and the lady still wasn’t sure if it was done yet but fortunately it was.
It took me a total of 4 times to see if a simple 10-minute alteration was done.
If I had a sewing machine at home I would have done it myself.

Also, the stitching done isn’t as durable as the original. You can’t tell from the outside so look-wise it is alright.

Most friendly store owners i have ever dealt with. Years of truly perfect quality work, adding years of life to my clothes. if Monica Lewinsky went here, even her dresses would come back new, and the BILL would be fair & truthful, THANKS for low prices with high quality outcomes from dress shirts to comforters
