James and his team at Extreme Services have gone above and beyond our expectation. We never felt like we weren't a top priority, and we know they were working on a large commercial job at the same time as ours. Knowledgeable, efficient, available, and friendly! Our mold remediation was done professionally and quickly with constant communication along with well-written documentation for us to submit to our insurance company for our claim. We had water damage due to some duct work from my a/c system. First thing I did was call an HVAC company who told me I had to get a contractor to come in and tear out all my walls and ceilings. I googled general contractors in my area and found Extreme Service. I went with Extreme Service because of the other reviews that people posted about them. They were similar to my situation. I called and the owner, James Vitale, came out right away. He informed me of him being a water damage/mold specialist. That was comforting cause I have 2 young kids. He gave me an estimate which I submitted to my homeowner's insurance and James and his crew were out the next day. They worked tirelessly every day while my family and I were lodged in a hotel the next town over. We were there for 3 weeks and James and his crew knew how hard it was on us to pick up & leave our home. The day we came back home my wife and I were blown away with the results. We had a brand new house with new walls/ceilings. I watched them do their work a lot. These guys are meticulous in their work. This is not some bullsh*t made up post, these guys are the real deal. They were careful with everything else in my house that wasn't getting touched and were careful with getting dust and debris everywhere. I cant thank James enough. He is a down to earth guy and knows the importance of a meaningful relationship with his clients. We're still completing other things that needed to be done once we moved back into our home but seriously without James and his crew I don't know where we'd be. Life happens, just glad I made the right call and didn't end up with some scammer looking for my insurance money!
