Was referred from my regular eye Dr to get more extensive testing and everyone there from the front to the nurses to Dr Lee were AMAZING ! Very kind, informative and answered all questions. I was a new pt and they were able to get me in very soon ! Will def be returning ! Extremely happy I found this practice! Thank you Dr Lee and staff , you’re all wonderful!!

One of the most amazing medical experiences I've ever had. The staff was very friendly and personable. Dr. Lee was amazing, not only does she have great bed side manner. She went above and beyond with her care and transparency about my case. She truly made me feel as if I was her only patient.
Dr. Gupta was also fantastic to work with, she did everything in her power to make sure I was comfortable during my procedure. And between her and Dr. Lee's excellence in their standard of care they made sure my eyes were absolutely perfect before sending me home.
Working with Jennifer was an absolute pleasure. Her sweetness coupled along with her patience made me feel wonderful. She was so caring throughout my entire experience. If it was possible to give a higher rating then a 5 star I would. 10/10 I highly recommend eye care northwest.

I had done the LASIK procedure. From the first interview, prepping and surgery date, everything was explained in detail, staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The day of surgery, everyone made me feel at ease with the process. Recovery was fast and 20/20 is a delight to have back! Bye-bye glasses! Also, a flexible payment plan with no interest is absolutely a plus!!

Dr. Lee and her staff were amazingly accommodating, empathetic and patient with me. I left feeling like I was one of her regular patients. She took the time to give reassurances that everything would be okay as I broke down in tears quite a few times. The care she provided and the after care offered, was excellent. After seeing 4 practitioners, one being a glaucoma specialist, she was the only doctor to offer a diagnosis that made sense. She was the only one to really take a look at my medications and work on developing a strategy to fight the battle I am facing.
I am grateful for her service and would without hesitation, recommend their practice to anyone seeking eye care. I do believe she's passionate about her work and genuinely wants to help others.
