F45 Training Bogota

This F45 location is hands-down the best gym I’ve ever joined. The trainers here are incredible—motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you push yourself to your fullest potential. Every class has amazing energy, and the workouts are challenging but fun. For the first time, I actually look forward to coming back the next day. If you’re looking for a place that keeps you accountable and makes you feel unstoppable, this is it!

Absolutely loved my experience at F45! The trainers were amazing—super motivating, helpful, and made sure everyone pushed their limits safely. The workout was challenging but fun, and the energy in the room was electric from start to finish. You can really feel the team vibe and support from everyone around you. I walked out completely drenched and already excited for the next class! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-energy, results-driven workout community.

Its been over a year with f45 and I can truly say that this is the best decision for my health i’ve made in a long time. After going to a different gym for several years and seeing little results (and even some injuries), I decided to try f45. To echo what others have said, the classes are challenging, engaging and fun. However, what truly sets this location apart is the staff. The entire team cultivates such an amazing community of support, guidance and motivation to push yourself to the limit that is really special. I look forward to coming every day and feel amazing after. If you’re considering joining, just do it and you’ll see what I mean.

The coaches—Michelle, Dante, Darien, Rakesh, and Kenny—bring their A game every single class. They're motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping everyone improve while still keeping things fun and challenging. They also take the time to push you and make sure you're getting the most out of each workout, all while keeping the atmosphere fun and encouraging. You can really tell they care about everyone’s progress and create a space where all fitness levels feel welcome. Highly recommend this F45 location if you’re looking for a supportive, high-energy community to help you crush your goals! I’ve also been at numerous f45 gyms across the nation. This is my favorite location thus far!!!
