Fitness Factory Health Club

I really wanted to love this gym. The layout, equipment, and overall condition are great—nothing broken or neglected, and everything is well set up. Some machines could’ve been wiped down a bit better, but nothing major.

What changed my mind was the customer service. On my first visit, the young man at the front desk was incredibly polite and welcoming. He gave me a quick tour, and I left feeling excited to come back.

The next day, however, I spoke to a different staff member who wasn’t rude but also wasn’t engaging. I came in for a day pass and wasn’t offered any orientation or guidance. Because I’d taken in so much the night before, I had to go back and ask where the bathrooms were, which felt a bit awkward. The overall vibe just felt indifferent, which made it easy for me to pass on joining.

Maybe it was an off day, but first impressions matter. A simple process for day-pass visitors—just enough to make them feel welcomed and oriented—would go a long way. The equipment is great, but the vibe is just as important, and that’s where the experience fell short for me. I might give it another try, but I’m not rushing back right now.

Not a gym member, but they allow the general public to order smoothies, which are great!

Excellent gym, great location good bank for your buck. Very clean. Has everything you need for a great workout , has two floors upstairs and downstairs and also showers and sauna. Highly recommend..

Excellent gym, clean and new equipment. I love the specialty rooms available for target fitness goal. I like I also don’t have to compete with all the Instagram people setting up studios to video themselves lol please if reading this keep that in check. Never need to wait for equipment, because there’s always something available. Staff is friendly and professional. Personal trainers available along with snack and drinks.

The kids club / babysitting in this gym is awesome. The girls who babysit the kids are so kind and sweet. It's a great room for young ones. The group classes are awesome, I love the instructors. Clean gym!
