Since I've moved to Florence 12 years ago I must say the customer service in this store has been beyond exceptional!! Such person friendly service every single visit. If there's a particular item you prefer they're always great about keeping it in stock as best they can as well as keeping you updated. They get to know every customer!! LOVE them!!!
