Adam is one of the nicest ppl to deal with, a really pleasure! My order took longer than it was supposed to due to shipping delays. They told me they would update me as soon as the casings were available. They were true to their word! Ari was able to help me find kosher certified sizes they had available for purchase and was extremely informative, really recommend buying from this company if you are a sausage maker looking to buy casings.
