Knowing I had to get home, they went above and beyond: they pumped up my tire for me at no charge, ensuring I could safely drive home first. The best part? It was right at closing time, and they still took the time to help me. This level of customer care is rare and truly impressive.

Since my vehicle uses a special brand of run-flat tire, they promptly ordered the replacement tire for me. They were very responsive throughout the process and got me scheduled quickly. The replacement was done efficiently, and they took the time to carefully check that all my tires were properly balanced.

Not only was the service outstanding, but their pricing was also very reasonable.

I recently moved to the area and was fortunate to find Gardy and his team at GR Auto. I own a high-mileage vehicle (285k miles) that I hadn’t used much—until a new job required me to commute regularly. I brought the car in with a long list of service requests, hoping to get it road-ready.

Gardy was upfront and honest. He walked me through what made sense to fix given the car’s age and mileage, and what could be skipped, which I really appreciated. True to his word, the work was completed the same day I dropped it off.
