We are new to the area and it was our first time eating there. Everyone about Half Moon Point was amazing
Very nice portions, service was amazing and my lobster grilled cheese was amazing! So much lobster stuck in a sandwich!!! Can’t wait to go back there again!

Half Moon Point is an excellent American restaurant in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. The atmosphere is casual. The band starts at 7:30 pm the Saturday night I visited. Our server was great! The busser was very good as well. I had the garlic bread appetizer which was both filling and very good. My entree was the Chicken Parm with vodka sauce. The food was excellent. My beverage Little Willow First Flight IPA was a bit pricey. The resteraunt offers a decent drink and dessert menu so the food options are plenty. I definitely recommend Half Moon Point for anyone looking for a good meal at the jersey shore!

We have been coming here on Saturday nights lately. Love the bartenders Tiffany and Jess. They are so warm and friendly. Feel like we've known them forever. The food is excellent and the service is too. Love the desserts....especially the brownie dessert and the blueberry tart. Looking forward to the fall to see what specials are introduced to the menu. We definitely recommend this restaurant. It's a Happy place!!!

First thing: the food was excellent. The cocktails were also great. The only downsides: it is quite loud and we felt sort of rushed. We would definitely return for the food, but will need to be better prepared for the noise! Great oysters. Excellent birria quesadilla special. Scallops got rave reviews.
The boozy root beer float for dessert was amazing.

Absolutely phenomenal! Down at the jersey shore with my in laws this weekend and we went here for the first time in a while and we loved it! For appetizers we got the wings, oysters, and a side salad. I had part of the oysters and the wings and both were great! The wings were crispy even with the sauce on them.

For our mains my wife and I both got the tuna and my in laws got the red spanner social. We all loved our melas! The tuna was super flavorful and there was a lot of it. I had a bite of the red snapper and it was great!

For dessert I split the chocolate chip cookie skillet and I hope they add this as a full time menu item. Was the perfect amount of crispy edges and gooey in the middle.

    Overall amazing dinging experience!
