I just had the most wonderful Prenatal Healing Session from Myah today! I feel so relaxed and ready to go into labor now. Before the session I was dealing with all of the 3rd trimester aches and pains and it was putting so much strain on my body: aching feet and lower back, rib pain, and tension in neck and shoulders. After her wonderful attention to my just overburdened body, I was so relaxed I even fell asleep through part of it. I haven’t been that comfortable in a long, long time! I highly recommend her treatment, Myah has a true gift for healing and nurturing others and I am so grateful for the heart she puts into her healing work!
Myah led me through an emotional and healing Reiki session where she created a very cozy and safe space, spoke with me about my intentions for the session and lifted me out of a funk that was holding me back for months. Her healing touch and gentle words helped me move toward healing in a way I had never experienced before. I felt lighter than air at the end of our session and felt my heart open and light pour in. In our debrief she noted the access bars were an energetic healing that she felt and I felt in the moment to bring me to a moment of total clarity and peace. Thank you Harmony Wellness for teaching me breath work and opening me to a new world of possibilities!
I'm not quite sure how to properly put into words how amazing Myah is. What she does is nothing short of magic! Her techniques are a work of art for the mind and body. I have never in my life felt such a deep state of relaxation. I left her center even being able to breathe easier! I definitely suggest an infrared sauna session also. Myah has absolutely nailed this craft and if she is NOT your go to person... you need to make the change to her at once! Can't wait to see her again!
Harmony Wellness helps me to alleviate my aches and pains everytime I'm there. The use of reflexology as well as the pinpointing of pressure points helps me survive the work week. Wow! I was in need of healing on both the physical and emotional level, and Myah met and exceeded my expectations. Myah used a Myriad of techniques- vibrational therapy and infrared sauna to start, massage, essential oils and raindrop, tuning forks and my now personal favorite, access bars. I didn’t know what Myah was doing during the session when she was practicing the access bars and was extremely curious after the session. She explained that this technique gives you a reset, a negative thought and limiting belief wipe… and let me tell you, she was right. I was so naturally “high” when I left and the immediate next day felt so clear headed, serene, joyful, and noticed I had no negative stressful mental chatter. I felt hyper-present and grateful and have continued to feel that mental and emotional clarity since! Also the cold I had been suffering from finally took a turn!!! Finally. This is why I went to see Myah for healing. She scheduled me in and made time for a 90 minute healing session right away. Thank you Myah for your care, intuition, and healing! I’m definitely going back for raindrop whenever I need it, access bars for a negative thought wipe/energy field reset, and the sauna!
