Armand joined the care team for my late son, Peter, in 2014. He was a relatively inexperienced nurse at the time, and we were offered instead the services of a much more experienced nurse. I saw something in Armand that made it easy for me to choose him as Peter’s primary day nurse, and it turned out to be the best decision I ever made. Armand proved to be the best possible nurse for Peter in all aspects of his care, easily learning all aspects of Peter’s care. He was always very quick to recognize any sign of trouble with Peter, and the need for immediate transport to hospital when appropriate on several occasions. When I was recovering from shoulder surgery, Armand cheerfully took my place in carrying Peter up and downstairs. He worked very hard to take care of Peter’s health, but also to give Peter the best possible quality of life during his time with him, at home, school and on strolls. Peter loved Armand, who was like a second father to him. Armand went over and above the call of duty, by taking care of Peter seven days a week, even though this resulted in his losing many shifts whenever Peter was hospitalized. He is the only nurse who was ever willing to go this far. Armand truly believed that he had a calling in taking care of Peter, and he did the best possible job, always smiling and in the best of spirits. He is one of the finest people I have ever known. Armand will only hire the best people to care for his patients, who are in the best possible hands.

I am writing to tell you how pleased I was with the quality of services I received from High Rise Health Care. Everyone was an exceptionally caring, honest and loving person from their Nurse, Andrea , the office contact Robin, most members of their staff always goes above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, either filling gaps in my schedule, or having their nurse to stay extra time when needed. They did an amazing job when it came to infection prevention, that kept me away from the hospital and saved me a lot of money. I truly appreciate their professionalism, and the support they gave me during my recovery from the fall.
