He was almost immediate on all of his responses to any of my several questions. I would highly recommend anyone to Hot Tub Central and particularly, Devin.

Ethan is the absolute best! We purchased our Sundance Spa from him and not only did we learn SO much, but we felt we made the best possible purchase! These guys really know their stuff. We love our spa and we love that we can call with any question and they’ll help us out. We shopped around a bunch and I’m so glad we went this direction.

The entire experience was excellent. Larry explained all options about each hot tub . iIt was quick and easy. i was replacing a ten year old hot tub which was still working but just wanted to upgrade. The delivery and install went very smooth. Edgar the technician explained everything thoroughly. i highly recommend Hot Tub Central.

Just wanted to say what a great experience I had at Hot Tub Central on Rt 9 thanks to their sales rep Gareth. Gareth was very knowledgeable answered all our questions along with somethings we didn't even think to ask and was able to make us feel very comfortable about purchasing a jacuzzi. Even after the purchase Gareth was quick to answer our calls. I never write reviews but my experience with Gareth was so positive just saying thank you didn't seem like enough. I highly recommend if you're interested in a jacuzzi Gareth from Hot Tub Central is the person to go to! Also their technician Ricardo was great with the delivery!
