We have just moved into an apartment at Hunters Chase and so far the experience has been amazing, Rachel, June and Kristin have been helpful and very welcoming. We are looking forward to living here and getting involved with the community :)

We lived here for a while and really wanted to like it, but the experience was uncomfortable overall. There isn't much of a "mind your own business" culture. Some residents watch a little too closely, get involved in things that aren't theirs, or linger around when you're just trying to enjoy a quiet moment. Property boundaries don't seem well-respected either, even small things like packages going missing or people touching what isn't theirs became common.

It wasn't all bad the apartments themselves are fine and management seemed decent - but the social environment often felt invasive and at times even hostile. After moving, we realized how much lighter life feels in a community where privacy and respect is normal. This place could be great if that ever changes, but for now, it's not somewhere we'd return.

My toddler son and I lived here for the past 2 years, and it’s been wonderful. If not for needing to leave because of a job relocation, we would have happily continued our lease.

The amenities are great, and my favorite part has been how community-oriented it is. Between organized activities and simply connecting with neighbors, it’s a lovely complex. My son and I especially loved the pool!

Maintenance is super responsive—usually same day, or the next at the latest—and the front office team is just as kind and attentive. The grounds are always kept clean, with beautiful landscaping that makes the community feel so welcoming.

I’d definitely recommend living here to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, and well-maintained place to call home.

The best place I’ve lived so far. Pros: Super clean, quiet neighborhood, well-maintained, and the area is very walkable. The staff are also very nice and accommodating. The units have a very homey feel, which I loved. Cons: I wish I could’ve stayed longer. This place surpassed my expectations. 10/10. No complaints.
