After my house fire, I felt like my whole world had been turned upside down. Rebuilding seemed impossible, like the most daunting task ever, until I found Imagine Home Remodeling to handle my entire {new construction} rebuild! From the very beginning, this team (headlined by Dahvoughn and Jacqueline Sadler) treated me with kindness and respect, and they truly understood how much this rebuild meant to me and my family.

With each and every step of the way (including all the hiccups and issues dealing with obtaining permits when my City lost the applications and the battles with public services and even certain issues to which I had to include this team to help me resolve issues with my homeowner’s insurance), I was kept informed, all of my concerns were listened to and addressed, and the process (as this was a brand new rebuild from the demolition of my old, burnt house, to the new construction of my foundation, my home, my yard, my driveway, my in ground pool, and more) felt smooth and hopeful instead of stressful. Their craftsmanship is exquisite, but what stood out even more was the care and dedication they put into every detail (for example, I have glitter grout throughout my entire house, and although that might seem minor, it is a huge {lovely} deal).

Walking through my new home for the first time brought tears to my eyes (2 months later – I still become emotional at times). My house is even better than before (and before my fire, my house was a fully renovated flip that was really nice), and I owe that to Imagine Home Remodeling. I will forever be grateful to Dahvoughn, Jacquie, and their team for helping turn such a painful chapter into a fresh, new, and happy beginning.

Dahvoughn goes out of his way to make sure that everything is perfect, and he takes great pride in his work. Dahvoughn and his team were amazing. Imagine Home Remolding were professional, respectful and considerate of my time. They arrived at the agreed time, and early. The BuildBook app is a great tool that kept us in the loop, so we were aware of the timeline and which contractors to expect. Although we added a couple additional projects, Dahvoughn and his team went out of their was to accommodate us. The renovations exceeded our expectations and vision.

Imagine design center is amazing, i reach out to them to get my hallway bathroom remodel mind you my bathroom was one old ugly bathroom. I needed a upgrade badly. I wanted my bathroom shower and toilet switch around so that means new plumbing . I love how there whole company works there team is amazing also. Did I tell you they offer financing too . They are professional, on time everyday and they Definitely believe in aiming to please the customer. They ask you for your input on helping you pick out your materials like down to what type of light fixtures do you want what color paint do you want . what type of floor you want what type of shower tiles do you want for my bathroom. The most important part for me was the timing they told me 4-6 weeks to do my bathroom they started January 3 and finished February 1 they were done before their due date that’s should say something. I will definitely refer them to anybody who needs a whole remodel can’t wait to do my next project which is the kitchen and yes I’m going with imagine design center again.
