Product is outstanding. Looks great. Install was so professional. Left the room as if they were never there! Throws the right amount of heat controlled by a remote. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. We can’t recommend Rattan Fireplace & Patio enough. The entire process was wonderful, from the friendly & knowledgeable (and NOT high pressure) salespeople, to the measuring and estimating process, to the installation. We had an unforeseen delay in the permit process and the installer even came at 5:00 on Christmas Eve to get us “fired up”! Who does that?? This business does. We are loving our new fireplace, we have used it every day. Even my skeptical husband has commented DAILY how good this looks. We could not be happier! Thank you, Pete, Dan and the rest of the Rattan crew for making our dreams come true.

The only regret we have is we should’ve done this three years ago! Ron and the entire staff are incredible. We have been dealing with them for years, buying various patio furniture sets never having anything but a positive experience so trusting them with this fireplace conversion was the perfect decision. Despite a packed installation schedule, they were able to fit us in a couple weeks before Christmas so we could have the benefits of the new fireplace for the Christmas holidays. Dan and his team We’re professional and efficient spending a good 5 1/2 hours meticulously installing the fireplace. It looks very real, gives off great amount of heat and has various features controlled by a remote. On these chilly days being able to come in the room and push one button to have the marvelous effects is just terrific. Can’t say enough about the entire team. They really worked to earn your business and trust in her deserving of it!
