Honestly this is one of the best places I have been recently! I looked on a top rated place and found this one. It lived up to it's name! Sushi was fresh and delicious. We also had perfectly salty edamame and yummy mochi. They even gave us an extra one! If was a very calm place only sushi bar seating but YUM!

I’m always nervous to venture to new sushi spots but was curious to try this spot after finding stellar reviews on Google and it being local. This place did not disappoint with fish and freshness quality!
Starting off with a roasted corn herbal tea and a delicious miso soup. We tried the Flying Dragon roll, Green Dragon roll, Sunshine Roll, and Tiger Eye Roll, as well as Tuna and Yellowtail sashimi. Everything was fresh and delicious. You can see what seems to be, the husband, preparing everything carefully. The pace is definitely an easy going relaxed vibe and we could appreciate it as long as not incredibly hungry. The decor is tasteful and simple and an entire vibe! The, what can be assumed to be, couple seem like they take pride and care in being friendly and dedicated.
Bottled water is the option for bottled drinks and affordable at 1 dollar a bottle.
They mentioned at the end that it’s BYOB and we would definitely do that for our next date night.
My only downside is that all rolls were topped with sesame seeds and I am not a huge fan. It didn’t damper our experience and we will definitely revisit and venture different sushi pieces and rolls and possibly ask for less sesame seeds!

I can’t believe I haven’t posted a review sooner for this amazing place! The sushi is SO fresh, every time without fail. The fish just melts into your mouth. It’s a great experience seeing your sushi being made in front of you. You see how much work goes into it.

Also, get the miso soup, it’s light, sweet, and fresh. I’ve seen people get seconds because it’s that good! If you like the seaweed salad, fresh and tasty too. Not overbearingly sweet like some places do it. The tea is like herbal, light tea- it makes you feel healthy.

The couple that run it are so sweet and attentive. This place is truly a hidden gem. My fiancé and I found this place by chance, we always wanted to try this place just passing by and one day we did, the rest was history. Any special occasions, we always say “Let’s celebrate at Ino!” We’ve recommended it highly to friends and family. For the price and how much you get, it’s well worth it. If we could eat here everyday, we would! I wish the Ino Sushi nothing but the best and success.

I love the place! Very intimate and quiet. It’s a hidden gem here in Clifton. Been here a few times and this is my spot when I want a good sushi or sashimi or spicy chirashi. The owners are also very welcoming! It feels good to support these local spots because we want them to stay. I’ve been here a few time and I will always come back here.
    Plus, it’s BYOB!!
