Dr. Lee was so attentive to my ear issue.
He was highly analytical in his
    approach.
He was right on point with his diagnosis and took time to explain the prescribed medication.
    I highly recommend Dr. Lee.

Dr Lee is very thorough and extremely accurate with diagnosis and recommendations. I refer to him as "my lucky charm!" Over my lifetime I have seen many ENT specialists and Dr Lee is one of the Best.

Although I trust Dr. Lee is skilled I left with more questions than answers. He is either very conservative or very elusive. I need an ENT who is willing to address my vocal cord issue with answers and who actually cares. I was disappointed.

I found Dr Lee to be very professional, and far more personable than many physicians I have met (and, sadly, in the past 5 years there have been far too many). As soon as I entered the exam rm, he actually rose from seat, extended his hand and introduced himself to me. I can not think of any other doctor who has done that. Indeed, most don't even introduce themselves AT ALL. It may seem like a small thing to some--big deal, he shook your hand and told you his name--but it was so much more. It was the manner in which he did it, and what it said to me about the man: the way he rose, and faced me directly, feet together, standing erect, almost at attention, making direct eye contact; it was almost ceremonial, and highly respectful. Most give a perfunctory little, hey howyadoin' and NEVER look you in the eye.
If he conducted himself like this greeting me, I felt confident he would conduct himself w/equal devotion to his art. And I was right.
He was thorough, explained what he was doing and answered my questions succinctly and understandably.
I was most apprehensive about the "garden hose" test: that's the one where they take this long black garden hose (any color would do, I guess, but black is more sinister! ) and ram it up your nostril til it bangs off the back of your skull. I told Dr Lee, well, actually, I just said, uuhhhh, I'm, uh, could you...
He told me, "Its ok, it doesn't go up that far."
All kidding aside, that is where he demonstrated his consummate expertise. He moved that thing up so gently, w/such grace and skill that, yes I COULD feel it pass through some barrier, like a narrowing of my nasal cavity, but there was absolutely no discomfort whatsoever. I wouldn't want to spend an afternoon doing it, but throughout the procedure in both sinuses he had an artist's touch.
He told me his findings and gave me his conclusions and I departed.
Needless to say, I can't recommend Dr Lee (AND his staff) highly enough! Even if you have to drive a distance, its worth it.
One thing I must say, to be completely honest: The trouble w/being THIS GOOD, everybody wants you. NOW. So make your appts early. Chances are excellent you may have to wait a while for an appointment, but I repeat, Dr Lee is worth it.

I appreciate the timeliness of service. Most doctors office I often wait a while past the appointment time before being seen, but I was quickly brought to the room and the doctor came in quickly as well. He proved that he knew what he was doing. Whipped out his tools and went to work.
