I went in for a color, trim , and blow out . However I felt the lady had a attitude because she was not told what I was getting and the process was a rushed process , washing my hair was an unpleasant feeling and so was my blow out which I felt was rushed .
Monika is the absolute best! My hair is super long thick and one length. She colored and styled my hair absolutely perfect and I also have alot of grey she colored every single grey which most others can’t. Her personality is amazing as well she makes you feel welcome! Truly 5 stars for this amazing hair dresser at JC Pennys in Woodbridge!!
Dee and Chyna are awesome! Such great personalized service. Knowledgeable and extremely patient. Very clean and sanitized in between clients. This was very good to see. Will be back soon.
I had my curly hair cut here by Rachel C. and she did an absolute amazing job. I don’t say that lightly. I have had about 14 different people cut my hair in the last 7 years and most of those cuts were terrible or decent, but the stylist stopped working there or whatever. My hair is a mixture of 2c-3b curls and difficult to deal with. Rachel cut my hair beautifully and was a refreshing pleasure to deal with! All of the employees were outgoing and kind! I will be back in about 6 weeks or so when I’m due for a trim and will be making an appointment with Rachel this week!! Thank you to everyone for the wonderful customer service experience, it means everything nowadays!
The first time I went there, the hair stylist, Monika Rani, did a wonderful job with my hair. She is a nice lady and she is very friendly. A couple of days before, I went to another hair salon. My hair got messed up there! But then, Monika fixed my hair and made it fabulous!
