Jem and their team are amazing, this has been another great year of using them for all our appliance needs. We have many projects in and around NYC and they are always our first call for everything. Their service, delivery and professionalism is always top notch!
Another great experience dealing with JEM! After using them to replace our gas range just a couple weeks ago, our refrigerator unexpectedly died. Jesse worked with us to identify the model that would fit correctly in our space. Delivery and installation were flawless. The installers are very pleasant and professional. They took great care bringing in and assembling both appliances. Highly recommend JEM!

I spoke with JEM Appliance the first time when my refrigerator broke over Memorial Day weekend in 2023. I was frantic searching for a store that not only had stock, but could deliver. After visiting and talking to many big box store and local businesses, I was told it would not be delivered for at least two weeks. Come in Jacqueline from JEM Appliances in Whippany! Not only did she have a refrigerator, but she was also able to schedule delivery for two days later!
So when it came time to purchase a washer and dryer, Jacqueline with JEM Appliance was the only person I called. Not only did they have them in stock, on sale, but could be delivered in a day!

Jesse and the JEM staff helped us out in a pinch. Our refrigerator died and we have a small/odd height (66”) space. Jesse located a refrigerator that they had in stock and had it delivered to us in 2 hours. JEMs delivery people were excellent and professional as well. Will definitely use them for our future appliance needs.
