At present, they are not making any citywide efforts to eradicate the Spotted Lanternfly invasion afflicting here and New York. They are simply telling us residents to kill the pests ourselves on sight. This is a shockingly lame and unacceptable way to address this public health crisis.
Jersey City has it all: breathtaking waterfront, urban chic, diversity, great school system, a sense of community!!!

Park is closing on time now and the junkies are avoiding the park. not sure what the Parks department did to make that happen but my wife and I are so grateful. it's nice to come home to some peace and quiet. My thanks to all that had a part in making this happen.
