They did a great job. I bought two tires from them and had them installed.

I understand that some mechanics only fixed what they are told. At Kremer it's different, they are actually honest and trustworthy. They called me to inform me on some other thing that needed attention and wanted to know if I was ok with it before they started my repair. Most mechanics would of just did the repair because it wasn't something mechanical to fix. Thank you Kremer for your awesome service you proved they are still good mechanics out there.

I don’t know what happened with these guys. I have used them several times at the recommendation of an ex coworker. They were very honest and did good work. I hadn’t used them for over a year and returned recently to have work done. As usual they seemed very honest and upfront about the work the car needed and work it didn’t need that another shop said was required. I got my rear brakes done with new rotors and calipers. The car worked for a week and then got a “low brake fluid” warning light. The pedal began going to the floor. I figured something went wrong with their repair. I took the car back to them. It sat at their shop 4 days while they told me it needed a new master cylinder but they couldn’t locate one because I have an older model car and the original maker of my master cylinder no longer makes them. Mind you all 4 days that the car sat they never called me once with any updates. I had to contact them repeatedly to ask the status. I called auto zone and they said they could get the part next day. When I informed Kremer’s they rejected the part claiming it was not the right part without confirming. They claimed it had to be a specific number. Being that the car was older and because it appeared to be needing more work than I anticipated I started talking to dealerships about purchasing another car. I called kremers and told them since they hadn’t found the part I was just going to sell the car. He convinced me to wait to see if they could get the master cylinder from one more parts dealer they were waiting on a return call from they would get a repair estimate and then I could decide better if it was worth it to junk. I agreed. Later he called and said the issue was the caliper they installed all along and he fixed the issue in about an hour. 4 days I spent walking in the summer heat with my kids all because they wanted to put my car on the back burner when it was an issue they created. I’m grateful they came clean and didn’t charge me for a master cylinder repair but their dishonesty cost me time and money and was super inconvenient all because they wanted to handle paying customers first. I can no longer call this a reliable, trustworthy shop and I am truly saddened by that.

Also always pay cash. They charge an extra 3.5% of your repair costs if you use card. It is costly when you already have a large bill
