When my Mom came to Llanfair House I was really concerned I would have to find her long term care after her discharge. She has been in and out of hospitals and rehabs for the past six weeks . In just one week at Llanfair house my mom was back her to her baseline. I believe the staff knows what they are doing in terms of memory care and physical therapy. They also made sure she ate well which was something she really didn’t do. The nurses and staff are also very compassionate and warm. Daniel is an amazing social worker who really cares about the patient.
More importantly the end result was short of a miracle. My mom is back home now and requires very minimal care thanks to the wonderful team at Llanfair.
Highly recommend! The customer service is outstanding and always willing to help in any way. My parent needs 24 hour care, and from day one, we've had excellent communication between us. My mom is very happy and loves the staff.
