We just finished our kitchen renovation and can't say enough good things about working with Sonja at Luxcraft! She was a total breath of fresh air—easygoing, honest, direct, and genuinely funny (which made the whole process way less stressful).
Sonja took the time to make sure we understood exactly what we were getting. She walked us through every step, patiently answering questions and helping us make adjustments without ever rushing or pressuring us. When we wanted to incorporate features that were new to the Fabuwood line (the toekick drawers are great!), she took the time to research them with us to make sure they’d work for our space.
Communication was on point from start to finish. Sonja was always quick to respond, and when a few items arrived damaged, she handled the claims process smoothly and kept us updated until everything was resolved.
