Manachoux Bakery is one of those places you try once and immediately want to come back to. Everything here tastes super fresh and honestly feels made with care. The pistachio éclair is incredible soft, creamy, and not too sweet. The almond croissant is buttery, flaky, and loaded with flavor… probably the best I’ve had.

The shop has a warm, cozy vibe and the staff are always so friendly. It never feels rushed or too busy, just a calm spot with amazing pastries. If you love good croissants or want to treat yourself to something special, this is the place. Highly recommend.

This bakery is an absolute gem! It’s very clean, quiet, and cozy — the perfect place to relax. They have the most delicious cakes, cookies, and coffee. Everything tastes fresh and homemade, and the atmosphere makes you want to stay longer. Highly recommend!

Found the best cookies in town..
These rival some places in NYC for sure.. They are big, soft, and fluffy on the inside. You will pay the price, but they taste and are absolutely worth a try! Given that the box was already eaten, they are also a great dessert for any bday!

Manachoux bakery is almost hidden in a strip ball on route 9. Unless you know its there you will probably drive by it. We stopped in for some treats and tried a bunch of different cookies. The cookies are big with a similar style to Levain (not as good as Levain though). I felt like these cookies tasted a little more like cake. The red velvet was probably my favorite. The M&M cookie wasnt bad either. Prices are on the higher end for the area but you can tell they put a lot of effort into them. Cool to check out but not dying to go back.
