Update: We bought a rebuilt Raymond reach truck from these guys and have had absolutely zero issues with it. Easy purchase process.

I haven't even bought a Raymond yet and I'm here to write a 5 star review because these guys are the move if you need a Raymond reach truck or order picker serviced or need to buy or rent a used Raymond reach truck or order picker. The real deal and very knowledgeable about all things Raymond, and they'll be very straight with you about advantages and disadvantages of each unit. They know these machines literally inside and out. Joe was upfront with pricing and all things service, and they were the only company that both got back to me quickly and also only by email as requested (rather than call when I said not to call).

Gave a good deal on a nice forklift. Had some issues with the charger and they sent a replacement right away. So good so far!

We ended up using material solutions for our new warehouse location because they found the equipment, handled logistics, came to our location and set everything up. It was a very easy process from start to finish the machines were beautiful when delivered and they went as far as training the operators on how to use the machines. Very professional company and barely had to lift a finger!
