The office manager was incredibly friendly and efficient at figuring out what would need to be done. They ordered the part in the same phonecall in under 10 min. My appointment was made for 4 days from that one short and pleasant call.
Along with quoting the best prices around....and believe me I've searched! The waiting area was nice, clean and for once, was not absolutely freezing.
The sitcom Friends on instead of something political was also nice and appreciated.
Not to mention my car was ready in under an hr :o
