The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Maineroa is very caring and knowledgeable, he has a nice personality and always makes you feel comfortable and easy to talk to.

I don’t typically do this but I just have to say that for a procedure no one likes these professionals make the experience almost enjoyable. The admin people, the techs, nurses and anesthesiologist were friendly, understanding and efficient. Thanks to all of you and especially Dr Mainero who makes all of this possible.

An Exceptional Office! From the very first phone call to walking out of the office. The staff is understanding, thorough and so extremely efficient. So much appreciation for their staff at this location, they were able to get me in asap and from walking into the appointment they helped make check in a breeze. They fully listen to your issue and make you feel so comfortable. I am fortunate another office was booked and I reached out to this office for an earlier appointment and I am so thankful I did! I must say, my experience with Dr. Mainero and his amazing staff was absolutely wonderful. I can't express how much they take such good care of you. His entire staff makes you feel comfortable and safe. They make you feel so comfortable that you are no longer nervous.
Oh, and the Anesthesiologist was the best I ever had. Very warm and comforting. I had no idea at all he started the anesthesia. I absolutely felt nothing.
I'm very grateful for my amazing experience with Dr. Mainero and his staff. And to think, I put off having a colonoscopy for years from fear, and they take the fear away.
