God bless the owner Frank and his wonderful wife Janine for making what appeared to be a hopeless situation a huge success. I traveled to the Czech Republic in 2022 to purchase a 48 arm Bohemian crystal chandelier. I brought it home and hired an electrician who spent many hours assembling it and hanging it only to find out it didn’t work. Once we flicked the switch, there was a loud popping sound. I contacted that same electrician for one year to come back and fix his mistake. From the look on his face when we heard the popping noise, I knew he was done with the chandelier. He was unwilling to find the mistake he made while putting together this 48 arm crystal chandelier. I then hired a second electrician who attempted to make a repair He told me to rent a scaffold and he would return. He never returned. I was truly desperate. There are few large electrical companies who will come out to a private home to do a repair. I took a chance and I called Midstate
Electric and spoke to Janine. I told her how important it was to my family and I that this beautiful Bavarian crystal chandelier be lit after 2 years of being hung and inoperable for my daughter’s graduation party in two weeks. Janine took my request to heart and asked Frank the owner and her husband to intervene. Frank called me up and told me that he would personally take time from his busy day to come and make an assessment and remove the crystals and re-design the chandelier so that it would work. It was a daunting assignment - finding out what mistake was done by the first electrician and disassembling a massive crystal structure. Frank took on this immeasurable challenge for the success of my daughter’s graduation party. He had two of his staff members with him, Scott and Liam. What a fantastic team they were, and before they left my house that beautiful chandelier that I traveled so far to get, and that hung for so long without a speck of light was fully lit and shined so brightly it even lit the entire front yard. We know my daughters future success In university and in her life will shine just as bright as this beautiful chandelier. This company is a family run business with family values and family ethics. I have never seen or worked with a better company in all my life. As a full bird Army , Colonel retired I can honestly say that Frank is the type of person I wish I had deployed with in all of my 30 years in the Army. Frank and Janine keep their promises and get things done. Thank you Midstate Electric - you have certainly lit up our lives!!

We had significant problems with our home's electrical system resulting in many outlets and sockets not being operational. Mid State's technicians (Dan and Randy) arrived promptly and set out to tackle the problem while keeping me abreast of developments as they went along. They located the problem area quickly and fixed it in a very short time. We were extremely impressed with their professionalism and knowledge and would definately call Mid State again should any electrical issues arise in the future. Highly recommended!

I was the facilities manager of Northeast Great Dane and have been using Mid State Electric Contracting for more than 12 years. They are responsive to my companies needs and always in a timely manner when needed. They have been very responsive to the Covid safety protocols and that made my employees feel safer during the crisis when they had to work in the building. Their staff is always polite and extremally professional and knowledgeable. I never have to worry about a repair not being completed correctly. I can only give them 5 stars because that the limit, they deserve more . They are a company you can trust.
