Montclair Breast Center

again, my issue like others is the appt scheduling. I travel a lot for work and had to reschedule a 6 month followup. They couldn't see me for 4 months. They are experts but no point is using them if you can't reschedule. I will have to find another place to get my care.

Everyone in this office is amazing. They really prioritize patient care and take concerns seriously. They were able to do all of my necessary scans during my initial diagnostic visit and I walked out of there the same day with the results. Highly recommend this medical team!

This has to be one of the most amazing medical facilities I have ever been to. From my first phone call with Joanne until my appointment with Danielle it was superb! I had a scare after a mamo and ultrasound from a different facility. The other facility wanted to cut me and biopsy right away. My friend suggested I get second opinion with the MBC. Joanne called me back right away even though she was on her way out to get me started with the process as she heard the terror in my voice. The front desk staff were kind, compassionate and polite throughout the process as well. When I went in for my consult the NP Danielle could not have possibly been more kind and reassuring no matter what was about to happen. I could not speak more highly of this group and have since switched all my breast needs to them. Thank God everything panned out and it was a very simple thing. This other doctor I went to initially scared me half to death! Please go to them if you need anything done on your breasts!! You will not regret it!!

I recently had an MRI done and the process was easy, calm, clean, and comforting. Clarissa did an AMAZING job of gently inserting the IV and helping me (someone who is terrified of blood and all things medical) remain calm. She gave clear instructions and explanations of everything. When she initially moved me into the MRI machine, I had a moment of panic. She quickly brought me back out and said all the right things to calm me down again. For a minute, I honestly thought I was going to have to stop and come back with Ativan the next time. However, Clarissa was patient, understanding, nonjudgmental, and calm. So calm. She literally eased me back to my senses and we were able to resume the scan without incident. I couldn't have done it without her!!!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Everyone working here from the front office staff to the technicians and the NP Danielle were so compassionate and kind throughout my visit. Danielle was not only thorough and knowledgable but also comforting and reassuring. I am so grateful for your unique center. I highly recommend Montclair Breast Center!
